This edition of the Studio's decorative vessels invokes a perceptual flow and movement, inspired by the concept of “vinyasa” (in Sanskrit).

The edition features formed heavy gauge copper, a sinuous top edge and kiln-fired opaque enamel glass inlay (champlevé). After the vessel is formed, an intricate and continuous design of multiple individual cells is acid-etched around the full perimeter surface of the vessel. Multiple kiln firings of vitreous enamel glass slurries in the individual cells, guided by direct visual inspection, yield the finished glass inlay design. After the multiple kiln firings are finished, the metal "reserve", surrounding the glass cells, is energized by applying the Studio's formulary blend of patinas.

The vessels in this edition measure approximately 5.25" diameter x 7" high and present the inlay design and color as pictured, with slight variations in each work. (A custom inlay color or color palette may be specified for this edition, as an alternative).

Allow 4 - 6 weeks production or as otherwise specified through the RFQ process.
