Production / Shipping

Allow 4 - 6 weeks for production and shipping. Unless stated otherwise in the trade RFQ process, there is a flat shipping and insurance fee of $18. Purchased works can alternatively be picked up at the Studio, by arrangement, to preclude the shipping fee.

Returns

All sales are final; however please reach out to the Studio with any concerns, within 7 days of receipt, for consideration of a Return Authorization (at the Studio’s discretion). For patrons and design trade professionals able to visit the Studio in advance of a purchase, please consider scheduling an appointment, to view samples of the works and also to discuss special requests.

Customizations

We take great pride in the process of hand crafting each work. Our vessels are unique in their technique and aesthetic. They are sold with the mission of being meaningful and visually effective for you. If relevant, adding a custom glass inlay text commemoration / quote or requesting a special glass inlay color(s), can be accommodated with only a modest cost adjustment. Of course, please bear in mind that personal commemorations will preclude a return.
